Rental Agreement
1. PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your rental. Rentals are non-transferable to another person without permission from The Weekend Fun Co.
2. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable deposit of $25 may be required depending on the item rented. The deposit is refunded when items are returned on time, clean, and in the same condition they were picked up. Damage, missing pieces, or excessive cleaning needs may result in partial or full loss of the deposit.
3. PICK-UP & DROP-OFF
All rentals are pick-up and drop-off only. Location provided after booking. Pick-up and return times will be agreed upon before the rental date. Late returns may incur a late fee of $10 per hour or the equivalent of another rental day.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the rental date receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental date are non-refundable.No-shows forfeit the entire rental payment.
5. CONDITION & CARE
By renting from The Weekend Fun Co., the renter agrees: To return all items clean and in good working condition. To keep items away from water unless the item is specifically meant for outdoor/water play. To supervise all children using the rented items. Not to alter, modify, or attempt repairs on any item. If an item is returned damaged or non-functional due to misuse, the renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of the item.
6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
The renter agrees that: The Weekend Fun Co. is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of the rental items. The renter assumes full responsibility for supervising all children and ensuring safe play. The renter releases The Weekend Fun Co. from any claims related to injury, property damage, or misuse of rental items.
7. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item or piece is lost, broken, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the renter agrees to pay the replacement cost of the item or part.
8. CLEANING POLICY
Items must be wiped down and returned free of food, spills, and excessive dirt. If returned in unclean condition, a $10 cleaning fee may be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
9. AGREEMENT
By signing below or checking the agreement box during online booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Rental Agreement.
